Hours and response times.
We try to be the firm that calls you back. If you leave a voicemail or send an email and you have not heard from us within one business day, something has gone wrong. Call the main line and ask to be put through. Title officers who need a revision before a closing can call directly. Same-day turnaround is the default, not an exception.
