Accessibility Statement
Last updated July 2026.
ELS Surveying, LLC is committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What we have done
- Used semantic HTML5 elements so the page structure is clear to assistive technologies.
- Provided descriptive
alttext for all meaningful images. - Included a skip-to-content link at the top of every page so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation.
- Labeled all form fields, marked required fields, and surfaced error messages via
aria-liveregions so screen readers announce them automatically. - Maintained sufficient color contrast (minimum 4.5:1) across text and interactive elements.
- Ensured all interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard alone.
- Used landmark regions (
header, nav, main, footer) so screen-reader users can navigate by region.
Known limitations
The sample survey PDFs available on our service pages are engineering and legal documents produced by licensed software. Their content is inherently visual (technical drawings, lot dimensions, coordinate tables) and cannot be fully represented in a text-equivalent format at this time. We are aware of this limitation and will provide the same information in an alternative format on request.
